This policy applies to paid bookings for events promoted on www.theEMroute.co.uk and delivered by
Sonic POCUS Ltd. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If you cancel
- 14 days or more before the event: full refund of the fee paid.
- Less than 14 days before the event: fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place
to a named colleague at no charge, or (for hybrid events) request to switch to online attendance with a
refund of the difference in fee.

with your booking details.
If we cancel or reschedule
- If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid.
- If an event is rescheduled, you may choose between transferring your booking to the new date or a
full refund.
- We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs, so we recommend not booking
non-refundable travel until an event is confirmed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10
working days.
