About The EM Route

Education built around the route doctors actually travel.

A clinician-led education platform created by doctors who understand the realities of building careers, developing clinical skills and progressing through professional pathways in UK medicine.

Our mission

Practical, accessible and relevant

We create conferences, courses and learning opportunities that help doctors understand the next step, develop useful skills and move forward with greater confidence.

Practical

Education should help people do something better, not simply give them more information.

Credible

Content should be grounded in relevant guidance, professional standards and real experience.

Collaborative

The best education brings together different specialties, organisations and perspectives.

Evolving

The needs of doctors change. The EM Route is designed to grow with them.
